Service Description

Full service wedding planning and day of wedding coordination services Includes one wedding coordinator and two assistants to execute wedding day vision Unlimited planning meetings Planner to assist couple in finding and finalizing all wedding vendors Planner will visit vendors with couple as requested to get all vendors identified and finalized Planner will mail out wedding invitations and manage RSVP guest management Planner will design wedding website if desired by couple Administer timely collection of payments from bride and groom and make payments to appropriate vendors Arrange transport for various supplies and equipment for wedding venue Provide innovative ideas for wedding ceremony and reception and ensure appropriate implementation Conduct wedding rehearsal with bridal party (up to 2 hours) Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception space Vendor Communication Meet & Greet all vendors for setup Reception set-up and decorating (signage, sign in books, seating chart, centerpieces, etc) Ceremony and reception coordination Frequent check ins with bride & groom while getting ready Greeting of guests into wedding & reception Post-reception clean up VIP Bridal Assistance (checks in with bride frequently, ensure bride is hydrated, holds train when needed, assists with clothing changes)
